Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA)

The Bachelor of Science in Accountancy program provides a general accounting education to students interested in pursuing a professional career in accounting, specifically public accounting. Additionally, this program adheres to the most current competency framework for professional accountants published by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). Graduates of this program are eligible to take examinations leading to Accountancy certifications granted by the Professional Regulatory Commission – Board of Accountancy (PRC-BOA) and other global professional organizations for Accountancy.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management (BSBA-FM)‎

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management program prepares graduates for careers in financial management and related fields such as corporate finance, investment management, banking, credit, trust operations, insurance, foreign currency markets, money markets, capital markets, and other financial securities markets. The curriculum equips graduates with technical skills and knowledge about financial institutions, theories, methodologies, and analytical tools. Additionally, the curriculum promotes a worldview founded on ethics, market integrity, regulations, good governance, and competitiveness necessary for effective financial decision-making.

Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM)‎

The Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management program prepares graduates for  a career in real estate management to include areas in salesmanship, brokerage, appraisal, and consultancy. The program equips students with knowledge and  technical and interpersonal skills in the field and teaches them to be  proactive and receptive to their immediate environment.  Theory and practice are integrated to provide students with a broad and enriched foundation for a career in real estate service.

Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM)‎

The Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management program equips students with competencies needed in the execution of operational tasks and management functions in the tourism industry that covers tourism planning, product development, event planning, transportation services, travel and tour operations, and other emerging sectors. Students are trained to plan, implement, and monitor tours and sales activities; research, plan, and conduct various tour guiding activities; develop appropriate marketing programs; arrange necessary travel services; plan/organize, implement, and evaluate MICE activities; and plan, develop, and evaluate tourism sites and attractions.
