Graduate Studies' Goals

The School of Business, Management, and Accountancy Graduate Studies seeks to form business leaders and managers who possess the following: 

  1. cognitive and practical competencies in their chosen field of specialization;
  2. research and organizational communication skills;
  3. understanding of varied organizational phenomena; 
  4. desirable Filipino cultural values;
  5. awareness of societal needs and the passion to engage in community-related projects for nation building;  Filipino society;
  6. creative and productive skills to engage in diverse organizational cultures; and
  7. expertise in employing technologies to meet long-term manpower demands and uplift the lives of the disadvantaged groups including the urban poor.
