Liceans Celebrate Family Fun Day 2024
Liceo de Cagayan University Junior High School Department commenced its annual Family Fun Day at the Liceo Civic Center on March 23, 2024.
Juniors, along with their respective families, celebrated a day aimed at fostering closeness within the family with various activities and performances organized by the General Parents-Teachers Association (GPTA).
The program kicked off with students, parents, and faculty participating in the Zumbathon tradition after preliminaries by The Voice and their club moderator, Ms. Clarise Agawin.
Winners of this year’s High School Days’ Licean Explosion and Kpop Dance Cover also performed during the event, namely Jhun Balisi (Licean Explosion 3rd place), Astraea Quisumbing (Licean Explosion participant), Lunar (Kpop Dance Cover Champion), and SynV (Kpop Dance Cover 2nd place).
The Family Talent Showdown highlighted the skills of each grade level’s family representative and crowned the Grade 9 family, Jairy Bangcat and her mother, as the champions with their melodious duet.
Games were held throughout the event, while the raffle draws closed the program with various household prizes claimed by the lucky families.
