Equipping them with the fundamental knowledge of the university's policies and traditions, the Human Resources Office of Liceo de Cagayan University conducted its first batch of the Organizational Culture Immersion Seminar (OCIS) among the newly hired employees for this year on February 8, 2024, at the AVR 3.

This quarterly onboarding session comprises four key areas, namely, (1) The University, (2) Code of Conduct and Policies, (3) Benefits, and (4) Information System. These areas are all extracted from the personnel and faculty manuals which are regularly updated.

Leading the seminar was the staff of the Human Resources Office headed by its Vice President, Dr. Edgar V. Romero, who was also in attendance.
