Master in Management major in Environmental Planning and Management (MM-EPM)

The program prepares environmental planning managers for a leadership role in transforming an ecological environment guided by environmental and quality management systems.


PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:

    • • Have developed broader understanding on the relationship among the economic, political, social and technological environments vis-à-vis the dynamic moral and spiritual life of business, and non-business, profit and non-profit institutions and their constituents;
    • • Respond effectively to the on-going changes in an organization, embracing a transformational leadership role towards the achievement of the organizational goals and its sustainability.
    • • Be accountable for life-long learning with the ability to draw and make use of new insights to enhance decision-making, research and managerial skills.

PROGRAM OUTCOMES:

    • • Demonstrate competency across business disciplines, specifically apply the essential elements of core business principles to analyze and evaluate problems and to construct and implement solutions in the business environment.
    • • Perform teamwork and leadership skills in the evaluation of organizational conditions using a system perspective for appropriate action.
    • • Apply analytical decision-making skills through research in business problems.
    • • Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of ethical principles in organizations at the professional and community level.
    • • Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills relevant to business.

The program prepares engineers for career advancement in managing research and development projects in engineering and innovative breakthrough technologies.
