The event was jointly organized by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Office of the Vice President for Human Resources.

The seminar focused on the theme “Designing Quality Instruction and Assessment,” emphasizing the importance of enhancing curriculum, syllabi, and course outlines to ensure that learning activities and assessments are properly aligned with the intended learning outcomes. It also underscored the integration of Liceo’s soft skills and core values into meaningful learning experiences that embody the University’s graduate attributes.

Serving as the resource speaker was Dr. Sarah O. Namoco, Professor IV at the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP), who shared her expertise on instructional design and outcomes-based education.
