ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS


  1. STEP 1: Go to the Internationalization Office
    • Advising and initial evaluation of foreign documents
  2. STEP 2: Online Enrollment
    • Visit www.liceo.edu.ph and click ENROLL NOW
    • Choose your department and fill out the Google Form
  3. STEP 3: Go to the ADMISSIONS OFFICE
    • Fill up the Enrollment Process Indicator Form (EPIF), Student Profile Form, and Waiver Form
    • Submit the following credentials:
    • For Freshmen:
      • Academic Records from the Origin country
      • Certificate of Good Moral Character
      • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
      • 2 Long Size Brown Envelopes
      • 2 Long folders with plastic jacket
      • 4 pcs. 2 x 2 picture
      • Medical Certificate
      • Passport (Photocopy)
      • Alien Certificate of Registration (Photocopy)
    • For Transferees:
      • Honorable Dismissal
      • Transcript of Records (for Evaluation only)
      • Certificate of Good Moral Character
      • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
      • 2 Long Size Brown Envelopes
      • 2 Long folders with plastic jacket
      • 4 pcs. 2 x 2 picture
      • Passport (Photocopy)
      • CHED Transferee Certificate
      • Alien Certificate of Registration (Photocopy)
      • Certificate of Eligibility for Admission to Medicine (CEM)
      • NMAT Certificate Result (For Incoming Medicine only)
  4. STEP 6: Go to the Cashier
    • Pay required down payment
  5. STEP 7: Go to the College/Department
    • Evaluation and loading of the subjects to be enrolled
  6. STEP 8: Go to Liceo Press
    • Processing of School ID

Note: Submit this Form at the Registrar’s Office after processing the school ID.

On Enrollment:

  1. Foreign students may enroll upon submission of Permit-to-Study or Student Visa 9(f) and CHED/Bureau of Immigration requirements.
  2. Other course requirements must be satisfied subject to university approval.
  3. Upon meeting requirements, student receives Certificate of Eligibility for submission to BI and CHED.

Requirements for Acceptance

Foreign students shall submit the following:

  1. Notarized Affidavit of Support
  2. Scholastic Records authenticated by Philippine Foreign Service Post
  3. Passport Data Page (Photocopy)
  4. Medical Certificate
  5. Police Clearance/Report (after a six-month stay)

CHECKLIST OF DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIAL STUDY PERMIT (SSP)

  1. Letter request to the Commissioner from the school
  2. Duly accomplished CGAF (BI Form CGAF-003-Rev 0)
  3. Passport bio-page + latest admission with valid stay
  4. Certificate of Acceptance from accredited learning institution
  5. Photocopy of BI school accreditation ID
  6. NBI Clearance (for flying schools)

Conversion to Student Visa

Foreign students must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old
  2. Have sufficient financial support
  3. Enter the country solely to take a course higher than high school
  4. Not belong to excluded/ground-for-deportation categories
  5. Submit all documentary requirements

FS/HEI shall submit the following:

  1. Written endorsement by the Registrar
  2. Joint letter request on school letterhead
  3. Accomplished CGAF (BI Form CGAF-003-Revo)
  4. Photocopy of Passport
  5. Original Notice of Acceptance (NOA)
  6. Certificate of Eligibility for Graduation (for Medicine & Dentistry)
  7. Police Clearance
  8. BI School Accreditation ID (Photocopy)
  9. BI Clearance Certificate

Extension of Period of Stay

FS/HEI shall submit:

  1. Joint letter request with dry seal
  2. Accomplished CGAF (BI Form CGAF-003-Revo)
  3. Photocopy of Passport
  4. Transcript of Records (2 previous semesters)
  5. Certificate of Enrollment
  6. Honorable Dismissal (for transferees)
  7. CHED Endorsement (if shifting/transfer)
  8. Certificate of Eligibility for Graduation
  9. BI School Accreditation ID (Photocopy)
  10. NBI Clearance
  11. NBI Clearance Certificate
