Faculty Members from the Junior High School and Senior High School Departments gained fresh insights on current teaching methods in a seminar on instructional strategies held on April 11, 2025, at the AVR 1, with the theme “Tailoring Education: Mastering Differentiated Instruction and Multiple Intelligences in the 21st Century”.

The event featured Dr. Charity Rose A. Pagara, Director of the School of Education Graduate Studies and the Institute for the Development of Educational Administrators (IDEA) program at Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, as the resource speaker. An educator herself, she highlighted the future of 21st-century education through differentiated instruction and the role of Gardner’s multiple intelligences theory in shaping young minds.

This seminar marks the third installment of the faculty development program series for the current school year, organized by the Office of the Vice President for Human Resources in collaboration with the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
