Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) is a comprehensive program of identifying, assessing, validating, and assigning equivalent undergraduate level of prior learning from formal, non-formal and informal training and relevant work experiences and completion of competency enrichment and other program requirement/s toward the final granting of appropriate academic degrees.

To be a leading, ISO-certified and RA 1214 -compliant Center of Excellence for ETEEAP in Northern Mindanao, recognized for transforming professional competencies into prestigious and CHED recognized academic degrees that empower global leaders anchored on Total Human Formation for God, Country, and Humanity.

Mission

In full compliance with Republic Act No. 12124 and CMO No. 11, s. 2025, the ETEEAP provides a quality-assured, learner-centric equivalency pathway that:

Validates lifelong learning and work-based competencies through rigorous, standardized assessments.
Upholds the international standards of ISO 21001:2018/2024 to ensure transparent, ethical, and efficient educational management.
Develops morally upright leaders and successful entrepreneurs by integrating their industry experience with relevant, world-class academic instruction.

Goal

Statutory Integrity: To maintain the university's deputized status by strictly adhering to the Philippine Qualifications Framework (PQF) Level 6 and the latest CHED quality assurance monitors.
Competency-Based Success: To ensure that 100% of ETEEAP candidates undergo a comprehensive assessment—including Portfolio Review, Skills Demonstration, and Panel Defense—that mirrors real-world industry demands.
Operational Excellence: To continuously improve the "Assessment-to-Conferment" cycle through a Quality Management System (QMS) that prioritizes learner satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
