About the Office

Building meaningful global connections.

The Office of International Relations and Linkages is a unit under the Vice President for External, Cultural and Alumni Affairs. It strengthens international and intercultural dimensions across the University’s programs, operations, partnerships, and institutional goals.

The Office develops linkages with foreign universities and institutions through academic and research collaboration, partnership agreements, resource sharing, international networks, and cross-border learning opportunities.

It coordinates academic mobility and supports international students in collaboration with the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the University Registrar, the Admissions Office, and relevant government agencies.
