ACTS AND CONDUCT
Justifying Expulsion
- The use and/ or possession of any prohibited narcotics ( such as shabu, marijuana, cocaine, or as determined by the law ) and deadly weapons whether concealed or otherwise.
- Gross disrespect for school authorithies.
- Gross dishonesty and cheating in the class.
- The use of the school premises for immoral activities such as gambling and scandalous acts like necking, petting, and sexual intercourse.
- Falsification, alterations, foregery, tampering, and unathorized use of school records or documents when making transaction with the school.
- Theft and acts of vandalism committed inside or outside the university premises.
- Threatening the life of or inflicting injuries in any school authority or student by any person, student or groujp of students (organization or the like).
- Immorality committed inside or outside the school premises.
- Indecent advances to any lady student or school personnel (such as acts of lasciviousness) and display of lewd designs.
- Instigating, leading, or partipating in concerted activities causing disruption of classes and other school-related activities.
- Threatening or preventing students or faculty members or school authorithies from discharging their duties or from attending classes or entering the school premises.
- Recidivism or having been suspended for the third time for any offense.
- Repeated offense on drunkeness and gumbling.
- Other acts and conduct that may constitute grave abuse of the student's privilege and which are derimental and injurious to the interest of the school.

Justifying Suspension
- Unjustified refusal of the student to obey reasonable orders and directions of the school authorities.
- Disrespect for faculty members and other school officials.
- Repeated and intentional use of vulgar, obscene or incedent language in the activity.
- Fighting or any unroly conduct that disturbs and disrupts normal classroom.
- Holding of any unauthorized meeting, assembly or discussion.
- Damaging school property due to carelessness and imprudence.
- Entering the campus drunk - first offense.
- Gambling - first offense
- Wearing of earings ( for men), nose ring, and eyebrow ring inside the school campus.
- Misrepresenting other student by using his/her I.D. for any transaction with the University.
- Such other acts and consuct not herein provided for, which, in the sound judgement of the school authorities, undermine the objectives and policies of the University.
