Archival Section
This section houses permanent records of the university such as administration profile, history, achievements, origin of the institution, and special collection like rare books, artifacts, pictures, and charts.
The materials are arranges accordingly to the Dewey Classification System. They are restricted and for library use only. Borrowed archival materials must be returned 15 minutes before the last period in the evening to avoid the rush.
Circulation Section
Books in this section may be charged out to students, faculty, and staff of the university upon the presentation of their bar coded identification card.
Students can borrow two books at one time for a period of three days and which are renewable for the next three days. Any faculty member who holds the bar-coded school identification card has the privilege to borrow any library material. The loan period for textbooks to be used by the college faculty for their classes is one semester.
Any library user who fails to return the library materials on time will be charged P5.00 per day. All library materials should be returned promptly.
Filipiniana Section
It houses books which are written by Filipino authors and publications about the Philippines regardless of author, imprint or format. Books are to be read only inside the library and reading is restricted within the provided area. They may be barrowed for photocopying within the library.
Periodical Section
The Periodical Section is the current "Information Powerhouse" through which information found in journals, magazines, newspapers, government publications, and other serial literature are found.
These materials are available for inside reading only or may be borrowed for photocopying within the library.
Electronic journals can be accessed to any Internet connection in the library. Students are allowed to search and download any articles. Printing charge P5.00 per page for black and white, while P10.00 par page for colored.
Index Periodical materials are found in the CDS-ISIS program. Students can easily search the topic and locate the articles on the shelves through the program.
The complete volumes of periodicals are bound and arranged on bigger closed shelves while loose issues on the display shelves.
Reference / Information Section
The Reference Section houses the general reference materials, hence, the books are for inside reading only. More than two books can be barrowed for inside reading as long as the users have a bar coded identification card. Borrowed library materials must be returned to the counter 15 minutes before the last period in the evening to avoid the rush and confusion.

icted for room use only.
Reserve Section
Books in this section are used for subjects offered by the different colleges and departments.
Books have to be read only inside the library except those loaned for overnight and weekend use. No more than two (2) books maybe borrowed at any one time. Lending period is limited to one hour. Extension of another hour is permitted provided that no other user requests for the book. Loaning time for overnight use is from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and must be returned at 9 a.m. of the following day. Weekend loaning is from 11:30 a.m. of Saturday to 9:00 a.m. of Monday. A lone copy of the book cannot be loaned out for overnight use.
All reserve books are for inside reading only a week before examination week. Any library user who fails to return the library materials on time will be charged P1.00 per hour.
