After eleven choral competitors from the different colleges of Liceo de Cagayan University filled the Civic Center with their ebullient voices and delightful choreography last December 12, the judges handpicked the best three.

Garbed in their elegant red-and-white motif, and wowing one and all with their spectacular tonal blending and choreography, the College of Nursing was triumphant as the 2011 winner of the Liceo Choral Competition.

Simple yet neat and pleasant, with a remarkable bass tone and amiable voice composite, the College of Criminology grabbed the second place.

Third place went to the College of Education, persuasive in their efficient blue costume, and loud and lyrical fusion.

The night was filled with thrilling camaraderie and school spirit, clinched by the fabulous numbers of the Folkloric Dance Troup, the Pep Squad, and Next Moves Modern Dance Company.
