(A mechanism of the University for quality assurance)
IEAPI is a resource to support the University's academics in all levels, both full- and part-time. It is meant to energize teaching and learning, research, public service (extension/outreach) and the administration of academic affairs. Chaired by the VPAA with executive assistance of the Quality Assurance Officer, its primary objectives are to:
- Promote excellence in teaching, research and public service (extension or outreach) and academic administration;
- Inspire, support and enhance academic initiatives;
- Improve student learning; and
- Harness support for the scholarship of teaching.

Facilitated by Dr. Bernarda C. Lleno, with Dr. Agaton T. Panopio as Resource Speaker, the 2-day activity gave the participants inputs to:
- produce module, laboratory manuals and procedural checklist
- effectively utilize all these teaching materials in their respective classes
- improve students' academic performance.

A Lecture Prof. Kenneth Alan Brown - Principal, Leader in Learning High School from Monroe, Washington State, U.S.A., led the faculty as they learn the hybrid teaching approach that seeks to end the divide between traditional and online instruction; facilitate classroom instructions effectively through a blended learning approach; and make use of information sharing outside the constraints of time and place among a network of students. |

By Mr. Emmanuel F. Silan - An Educator, Research Instructor, Training-Seminar and Teambuilding Facilitator, and School Administrator for the past 15 years. Areas of expertise include Coaching/Mentoring, Facilitating and Training focusing on the different Learning Styles and Learning Theories, Instructional Development and Technology, and Action Research. Has a special interest on Geography and History, Leadership, Theories of Personality, Neuro-Linguistic Programming(NLP), and Psychology.
Currently the Program Director of Positive Organization Development at SAIDI - School of OD. This program is primarily based on Social Constructive and Appreciative Inquiry and deals with the social psychology and impact of what works best in any organization. Its diverse clientele include corporate executives, educators and school administrators, church-based leaders, human resource and OD practitioners, government and NGO officials.
Is also actively involved, since 2007, in conducting the various training-seminars focusing on developmental program of Philippine Business School for Social Progress (PBSP). This involves LGU officials and PTA officers from the following areas:Agusan Del Norte, North and South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Basilan, and Tawi-tawi.
