The College of Law Enforcement and Public Safety is a recently opened program of Liceo de Cagayan University. It was granted with the Permit No. 017 by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Region 10 to offer a four - year course leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Criminology. The College of Law Enforcement and Public Safety ultimately exists to meet the continuously rising local and global demand for a professional, scientific and pro-active mode of policing which is specifically composed of law enforcement, public security and safety, criminal investigation, criminology, and forensic science.

• Fostering higher concepts of citizenry, accountability, and leadership and an understanding of one's moral and legal responsibility to his fellowmen, his community, and his country.
• Preparing the students for careers in crime prevention, law enforcement, and scientific crime detection work.
• Inspiring and instilling in the students the value of service to humanity.
• Encouraging research and inquiry along the field of Criminology and Criminal Justice.
